• Admitted to Alabama State Bar 1978.
• Further admitted for practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Alabama, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
• Graduated from the University Of Alabama, Birmingham (B.A. 1974) and the Birmingham School Of Law (J.D. 1978).
• Engaged in private practice of law from 1978 to present.
• Appointed annually from 1997 to present as Prosecutor for the City of Daphne, Alabama.
• Member of Alabama State Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association, Alabama Association of Municipal Attorneys, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Assocation.
