Meet James

I am a trial attorney with over thirty years of experience defending those individuals accused of committing criminal offenses in Federal, State and Municipal Courts. My primary practice is in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, Circuit and District Courts of Baldwin County and the Municipal Courts of Fairhope, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Robertsdale, Spanish Fort, Summerdale, Bay Minette and Loxley, Alabama. My practice also extends to appearing in the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, the Alabama Supreme Court and the Federal Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

In addition to representing the citizens of Baldwin County, my unique location on Mobile Bay and the Alabama Gulf Coast allows me to represent clients who are guests or visitors to the area and find themselves accused of Driving Under the Influence or other traffic, alcohol or drug related offenses. These clients receive the same attention and concern as local clients.
