I, James M. Scroggins, am a trial attorney with over twenty five years of experience defending those individuals accused of committing criminal offenses in Federal, State and Municipal Courts. My primary practice is in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, State and District Courts of Baldwin County, Alabama and the Municipal Courts of Fairhope, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Robertsdale and Loxley, Alabama.

In addition to representing the citizens of Baldwin County, my unique location near Mobile Bay and the Alabama Gulf Coast allows me to represent clients who are guests or visitors to the area and find themselves accused of DUI, Driving Under the Influence, or other alcohol or drug related offenses.
